Who we are

This site is run by Roberto LA RAGIONE the creator of Hololume, Italy. Contact: shop@hololume.store.

What we collect and why

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address, only to tell you when the Hololume Kickstarter launches and to send you the early bird price. We don’t sell or share your email for anyone else’s marketing.

Legal basis

Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time.

Where your email is stored

Emails are stored and sent with Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), our email provider, which processes data on our behalf in the EU. You’ll get one email to confirm your sign-up first.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or at most 12 months after the Kickstarter campaign ends.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe with the link in every email. Write to the contact above. If you think we handle your data badly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or the authority in your country.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and loads no tracking or external fonts. Like every web server, ours keeps short technical logs (such as IP address and time of visit) for security.
